June 20, 2006	District Judge Davis issues an Order for Stipulated Dismissal with Prejudice, which dismisses, with prejudice, all claims and counterclaims by MOSAID and Infineon.	Read the Order
June 1, 2006	Notwithstanding the contents of the Notice dated May 30, 2006, the parties continue to focus on ongoing settlement discussions. As a result, at the parties' request, the Markman hearing originally scheduled for May 31, 2006 has been postponed for 30 days to allow discussions to continue.
